Domestic Shipping & Delivery

Generally takes 1 - 3 business days, depending on your location and what class of postage you have chosen. Please do factor in one or two business days for us to process your order.

We will notify you by email with dispatch information when your order has been processed & shipped.

There is only one particular circumstance where we can cancel your order and provide a full refund. This only applies if the product has NOT been shipped already to your address.

Please ensure that you get in touch with our customer experience team as soon as possible to change the address. However, if you leave this too long and the item has been shipped to the incorrect address, we will not be able to change this for obvious reasons.

Due to the high demand of orders, we will need you to provide us with your order number and the updated address information you require.

We are an online retailer based in Wiltshire, UK and currently sell only to the UK, USA, & Europe. 

We don’t currently sell through shops, retailers or other websites for the moment. However, we are striving to include a physical presence soon.

Yes. We have recently opened up our channels and are shipping into Europe using our trusted Royal Mail courier.

Yes! Click the 'Change Currency' link at the bottom of the Home page, and you can change the site currency to Euros, US Dollars, or Great British Pounds.

Currency conversion is provided only as a guide and your order will be billed in Great British Pounds (shown when you view your basket). Conversions do not include credit card fees or other charges, and may differ from the exchange rate used by your card provider or PayPal.

For shipping options into Europe, we offer fully insured International Tracked Priority & International Tracked Standard postage.

Prices do vary due to weight and size. However, we can safely say that we offer one of the most competitive shipping rates from the UK into Europe.

For shipping options into the USA, we offer fully insured International Tracked Priority & International Tracked Standard postage.

Prices do vary due to weight and size. However, we can safely say that we offer one of the most competitive shipping rates from the UK into the USA.

However, due to us choosing International Tracked Standard Postage through Royal Mail, this normally takes 4-6 business days after our 1-2 business days processing time.

Returns & Refunds

Yes, we offer full and partial refunds.

A refund request can be submitted within 30 days after the purchase is made.

In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligible for a full refund.

In the case when the packaging has been opened and the product has been used, you are not eligible for a refund.

In the case when a product has been damaged, and the damage is not covered by your warranty, you are not eligible for a refund.

When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.

When an order is requested for an exchange, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by us.
